Our Goal

The Connecticut Association of Mortgage Brokers, otherwise known as the CTAMB is here to help mortgage professionals reach their goals while promoting a proficient, consistent environment for all mortgage loan situations.

CTAMB is a non-profit and a statewide organization that is dedicated to represent the best interest of its membership and to improve the quality of the mortgage industry. CTAMB will promote public awareness and enhance the mortgage brokering and mortgage lending industry. CTAMB will be the voice for mortgage professionals in Connecticut, and will pledge to represent its members in the legislative process and will develop an aggressive educational agenda focused upon further development of an ethical and professional mortgage lending environment in Connecticut. We will be an informative resource that provides ongoing communication.

CTAMB will strive to educate and inform the public, legislators, and government agency officials regarding the many valuable services and benefits Mortgage Professionals provide to the general public.

In addition to legislative and educational activities, you will have the opportunity for establishing and nurture successful business relationships as we bring together lenders, real-estate attorneys, appraisers, title companies, credit reporting companies, mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, flood certification companies insurance brokers, mortgage information vendors etc.
