We believe the public interest is best served through industry observance of the following ethical standards of practice.
Honesty and Integrity
CTAMB members shall conduct business in a manner reflecting honesty, honor and integrity.
Professional Conduct
CTAMB members shall conduct their business activities in a professional manner.
Honesty in Advertising
CTAMB members shall abide by Federal Regulations promulgated by the Federal Trade Commission with regard to advertising and shall not offer or advertise terms or conditions that are not available.
Confidentiality
CTAMB members shall avoid unauthorized disclosure of confidential information and shall keep all information acquired confidential unless the individual in question authorizes release.
Compliance with Law
CTAMB members shall conduct their business in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Membership
CTAMB members shall comply with the adopted By-laws and Code of Ethics and shall promote and support the actions and positions of CTAMB.
