Mortgage professionals face several serious issues. In Connecticut these issues include concerns over the lack of presence in Hartford. Bills were passed that severely limit compensation to brokers. There were no notices or information until the law took effect. We have no knowledge of daily committee hearings affecting our livelihood. There is a lack of communication and education in our industry.
When you deal with a CTAMB member you are dealing with someone who has shown a sincere interest in their chosen profession. Their investment of time and resources in CTAMB shows a desire to stay current in all areas of the mortgage industry in an effort to give the best possible service. CTAMB members will reflect professionalism and a professional attitude toward the lifeblood of our industry.
The CTAMB membership will be composed primarily of Mortgage Professionals that specialize in the origination and processing of mortgage loans. In working with a Mortgage Professional, a customer is better informed of the many mortgage programs available on the market today and is matched with a loan product suited to his/her financial needs. The CTAMB is also very supportive of major Wholesalers and Lenders entering our state and invite their membership.
